Great experience- would stay again
We really enjoyed staying at the hotel- the pool area is beautiful, the staff are friendly .we were so relieved that we were able to check in gone midnight because our plane was delayed- thank you
A member of the bar staff in the Nuba was a bit surly towards me but I didn’t let it ruin my evening. Otherwise there wasn’t anything I disliked

Cleam, comfortable 4 star stay
The room was clean and very comfortable and well as the other facilities including pool, gym and spa. Staff were very helpful with any requests or questions we had.
The downside was the food. The breakfast buffet offered was very basic. I was hoping it would be better than what was offered. Same goes for dinner.

Excellent!
I really liked everything about the hotel, especially the pool area, the wellness space (sauna, steam room), the indoor heated pool, as well as the comfortable accommodations, good showers, and great beds. The staff was very attentive. Pet friendly hotel.
The only things I can mention are that the Wi-Fi speed wasn't very fast and sometimes the signal wasn't very good, at least in the Villas, but we managed to watch Netflix. Also, the bar and restaurant hours were a bit confusing. Between 3 PM and 7 PM, there was no place inside the hotel to order food, only at the restaurant across the street (which is very close). However, for those at the pool, it was inconvenient to have to go to the restaurant, order something to take away, and then return to the pool.
